The first round of the 2010 Scottish Comp Safari Championship will see us pay our first visit to a new site in the Kilpatrick Hills! With many thanks to the Thompson family, we have a fantastic opening event "The Auchentorlie Comp Safari" taking place on their estate near Dumbarton on Sunday 14th March.
On our first venture into this superb venue we can look forward to racing 15 laps of 2.5 miles on varied, good fast tracks, high in the Kilpatrick Hills with brilliant views down the Firth of Clyde!
So get busy with those final pre-season jobs on the car, or start cleaning it from our last event in October, as the case may be! This is not an event to be missed!
For further information please call Ian Stuart on 07811 378826 or Alan Agnew on 0141 881 8993. The event regs are just about finalised and will be posted shortly, all last years entrants will get them emailed also. But the good news is we are still running with anything from the MSA tyre list, all terrain, mud or aggresive, you choose!
A new site and lots of driving means we need more Marshals, if you can be a real help and bring a marshal to this event (go on, talk someone into it, they get a great view of the action!!!!) call Colin Rodger on 07767 726075
Look forward to seeing you all there for the start of another seasons great off road racing.
